PURPOSE:To provide a means to prevent a wire for connecting a chip and a substrate from falling down because of the flowing of molten resin to be press-fitted into a cavity in a resin forming machine for a mold body that forms mold bodies to protect a chip mounted on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:In such a resin forming machine for a mold body that resin- packages a chip 5 or wire 7 on a substrate 6 within a cavity 3 after a molten resin is press-fitted from a gate groove 4 into the cavity 3, a stopper wall 3a is prepared on the entrance of the cavity 3 so as to change the flow direction of the molten resin force-fed from the groove 4 into the upper-surface direction of the substrate 6. Therefore, the wire 7 can be prevented from falling down caused by the flowing of the molten resin force-feeding into the cavity 3.
