PURPOSE: To obtain a method for efficiently manufacturing a double-sided silicone foam laminate by simultaneously adding dehydrogenated reaction curable type silicone foam forming agent to both the surfaces of a support to provide added layers, and then curing to foam the layers. CONSTITUTION: Main agent and curing agent are quantitatively supplied from a main agent tank 1 and a curing agent tank 2 to a mixer 3 by a pump mechanism 10, agitated and mixed to regulate silicone foam forming agent 5, and simultaneously added to both the surfaces of the supplied support 4-2. In this case, when the thickness of the added layer of the support 4-2 surface is altered a silicone foam laminate having different thicknesses of the foams of the surfaces can be obtained. The agent can not only be supplied continuously but also be supplied intermittent. The layer added to the support 4-2 is regulated in the thickness by a nip regulating roller 6, and then introduced to a curing furnace 7. The layer is heated in the furnace 7, cured by dehydrogenated reaction, and simultaneously foamed to obtain a silicon laminate on both the surfaces of the support. |
