SENSOR PROCESSOR AND SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To improve productivity by providing a sensor part with a storage part and reading its information out from a processing part. CONSTITUTION: This sensor processor SE consists of sensor parts Si (i=1 n) and a processing part E which processes the outputs of the senior parts Si. The sensor parts Si and processing part E have connectors 5i and 6i for mutual connections. For example, the connector 5i of a sensor part Si is provided with a storage part M where information regarding the sensor part Si is written and read out. The information regarding the sensor part Si preferably includes the ID number and characteristics (or data for correction) of the sensor. This system can be expanded into a more general system by regarding the sensor parts S1 -Sn as 1st element parts or devices and the processing part E as a 2nd device.
