摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ignition and explosion of a secondary battery so as to make safety by installing a temperature measuring device on a lithium secondary battery, and operating, controlling, stopping the secondary battery by using a differential value in relation to the time of the measured value. SOLUTION: A temperature measuring device used a thin film temperature element of Pt-Al2 O3 , and a thermocouple of the CA type and is arranged on the surface center parts of a negative electrode plate 2 and a positive electrode plate 1 in a case 4. In regard to the time from the start of charge to the detection of a sensor in a case where the temperature is detected by the absolute value of the battery temperature and in a case where it is detected by the differential value, the time to the detection by a sensor is largely fluctuated by the holding temperature of the battery in the case of the absolute value, however, it is hardly fluctuated in the case of the differential value, regarding the case in which it is detected by the absolute value and the time from start of charging to the time when the sensor detects. Accordingly, a detecting method by a differential value is perform detection at high precision without being affected by the outside air temperature, and it is very effective. Therefore, firing of a lithium secondary battery, to be generated caused by thermorunaway can be prevented at high precision without being affected by the outside air temperature.
