PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup, which conducts an accurate signal detection by firmly fixing the position of a positioning member with respect to an optical base, and the optical disk device which utilizes the pickup. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an optical base 31 which supports an optical source, an optical separating means and a photodetector 32, a driving means 36 which drives and adjusts an optical converging means 15 in diaxial directions and a positioning member 38 which firmly holds the fixing section of the means 36 against the base 31. An adjustment reference hole 31b, which is used by the member 38 during a position adjustment, is provided at the approximate center of the fixing position of the member 38. |
