PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge and replace a battery without manual work. SOLUTION: Eight charging bases 4 are formed on a rotating table 3 which rotates in counterclockwise direction by 45 deg. at a time, power feeding means 5 corresponding to the charging bases 4 are provided at positions B to H except one place at the stop position A at the outer side of a rotating table 3, and battery shifting means 6 is provided at the stop position A for exchanging a battery unit 2 between the top of the charging base 4 and the top of a placing base 1a of an unmanned carrier 1 stopped at the stop position A. |
