PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a memory capacity by reducing the memory capacity according to a simple method. SOLUTION: When a value of a magnification memory part 18 is set to '4' by operating a magnification set switch 3, the number of pixels 300×200 is outputted to a control part 16 by a ROM 19. The control part 16 extracts pixel information of the 300×200 block from the central pixel of a frame memory part 15 and stores it in a buffer 16-1. The information stored in the buffer 16-1 is performed a magnifying processing to the size displayed in fullness of a display part 2, and a magnification display is performed in the display part 2 by a liquid crystal driver 17. At this time, by operating a memory switch 4, the information is stored in an IC card 10 connecting 300 being the number of pixels outputted by the ROM 19 in horizontal direction with 10-1, and the picture information (300×200 pixels) stored in the buffer 16-1 with 10-2.
