PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of the swelling of an FRP plate by applying a cold-setting resin to a part to be repaired of a structure, attaching a prescribed sheet thereon, and achieving the deaeration by a rotary brush comprising a mono-filament. SOLUTION: A part to be repaired or reinforced is smoothed, the primer is applied thereto, and after the primer is set, the cold-setting resin for under coat whose resin viscosity of the prescribed quantity is in the range of 2000-25000 Pa.s is uniformly applied to the concrete surface, the fiber-reinforced sheet is attached thereon, and the resin is slightly impregnated therein. The resin for top coat of the prescribed quantity is uniformly applied thereto, and the resin is impregnated as necessary. After the resin for top coat is applied, deaeration is achieved using a rotary brush having the brush comprising the mono-filament. The part where the mono filament is pierced into the fiber bundle of strands becomes an air vent of the air trapped in the center part of the strand section, and the swelling can be eliminated. |
