Then the seat(18) presses the first slant parts(10)(11) of the swing arm(4) and the valves(2)(3) open. When an electronic control unit operates and makes the cam shaft(1) move to the left, the seat(18) gets contacted with the smaller part of the cam(27). Then the timing of opening the valves(2)(3) gets slower and the valve lifting diminishes.
