The fibers (2) and/or bands of fabric (3, 4) and/or the plastic in fluid state, are subjected to vibration, during production of the profile (5). An Independent claim is included for the plant producing the reinforced profiles. Preferred features: Vibration is applied to fibers and/or fabric and/or plastic as it is coated-on. A former (12) is subjected to vibration as it shapes fibers and fabric. Vibration continues, following forming. Vibration is induced mechanically and/or ultrasonically and/or by means of high frequency.
