Movement flow endoscope using flow medium to move tool

Individual sections of the endoscope can be moved by a mechanism which uses a flow medium. Electromagnetic forces are used to move subsections backwards and forwards. Stitching can be performed by an attachment. Insertion and withdrawal of the endoscope are digitally controlled by a microcomputer.
