A diaphragm assembly has a center disk (28) in which use of a metal member is not required. The center disk (28) comprises first and second center disk members (20,21), made of resin, embracing a resin diaphragm (22) between them. The first center disk member (20) has an inwardly directed inner flange (24) on an inner peripheral wall defining a resin charging space, and the second center disk member (21) comprises a resin-molded body, formed by charging a resin, and has an outwardly directed outer flange (30). A portion of the diaphragm (22) is clamped between the inner flange (24) and the outer flange (30). |
