The fixing device fixes structural elements and machines (12) on a foundation (14). It includes at least one shell (10) to receive the material used for fixing. Its spatial expansion can be bounded and brought close to the measurements of the connecting point. The shell may be made of plastic, textiles or rubber or a combination of these materials.
