PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize the copyright management of the direct use and browsing of digital contents and the copyright management of the use and browsing of digital contents which are used secondarily. SOLUTION: A data generating means 27 generates new digital contents, a secondary use license issue request means 4 requests a secondary use license as permission to use existent digital contents secondarily of a copyright managing server and obtains the license for the secondary use, and a contents object extracting means 5 extracts the existent digital contents from a capsule by using the obtained secondary use license; and a capsule generating means 6 generates a new capsule containing the extracted existent digital contents and newly generated digital contents and a secondary use license registration request means 7 requests the copyright managing server to register the secondary use license permitting the secondary use of the digital contents put in the new capsule.
