PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system and a method for collating client and a recording medium, by which identity can be easily and exactly confirmed on the basis of prescribed client information. SOLUTION: The client collating device 2 for performing the collation of real identity on the basis of the client information containing the address information and name of a client, is provided with a resident information database 231 for storing resident information containing the name of a resident made to correspond to the address and a first client collating means (CPU 21, for example,) for collating the real identity by matching the address information and name of the client information with an address and a name in the resident information stored in the resident information database 231. |
