PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a settlement inventory operation. SOLUTION: A settlement inventory ledger 20 wherein pages corresponds to stock places and lines correspond to articles for sale is generated for a store 11 wherein the articles for sale are arranged by the stock places according to store stock information accummulated in ordinary operation and actual stock quantities can easily be investigated without moving the articles for sale arranged in the store 11.
