<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide support system for a choronological table preparation by which an elementary chronological table, a temporary table of contents(TOC) and material cards required for producing a chronological table can be prepared with simple work while using a computer. SOLUTION: Item data read from a storage means 1 are displayed on a display means 2. When it is selected on a display picture while using a selecting means 4 whether each of item data is significant or not, an elementary chronological table preparing means 6 prepares the elementary table, on which the titles of respective item data are located in the order of years. When a most significant item is selected on a picture displaying the prepared elementary chronological table, the temporary TOC is prepared by a temporary TOC preparing means 7 with the title of the most significant item as a paragraph and the titles of significant items as clauses. Further, material cards, on which the titles of respective items are outputted, are prepared by a material card preparing means 8.</p> |
