<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for allowing a portable terminal, such as a portable telephone to receive a mail, to which a melody or a voice or the like is attached. SOLUTION: A keyword table, carrying a registered keyboard T1 and a function T2 corresponding to the keyword and an operation T3 corresponding to the function T2, is stored in the storage part of a terminal. When displaying a character at the display part of the terminal, the CPU of the terminal refers to the keyboard table stored in the storage part, and when a character matching the registered keyword T1 is present, a user is informed that the keyword is matched by reverse display of the character or the like. When the reverse displayed character is selected by the user by the operating part of the terminal, the CPU controls the execution of the operation T3 by the function T2 which corresponds to the keyword T1.</p> |
