The system exploits the a pressure difference exerted on the dissymmetrical surfaces of the internal wall of the two lateral compartments, whose pressure is regulated by the electrovalves which ensures the transfer of fluid under pressure from the peripheral annular compartment, which is itself fed by the centrifugal rotor. The propulsion unit has a cylindrical envelope (7) surrounding three compartments at the centre of which a rotor (2) rotates, centrifugally driving the fluid under pressure in the annular peripheral space (10) from the two other compartments. The electro-valves (6) are controlled by an Electronic control unit, ensures the return of fluid, in one of the two lateral compartments (11). The surface S, swept by the rotor blades (3), does not act against the pressure, it thus creates a surface dis-symmetry in the pressure in each compartment. The force functions owing to the pressure difference between the two compartments and the surface S.
