PURPOSE: A designers club on the Internet is provided to bring up a special designer by storing and managing a transmitted design in a DB when a designer transmits an image regardless of capacity and time, thereby supplying information for enabling a special designer or a novice designer to make creative design and supplying a service to a designer totally and systematically. CONSTITUTION: A designer joins to a membership of a club and an ID is embodied to the designer. The designer connects to the club through the ID and converts the design into an image file and transmits the file to a DB with a detail explanation. The transmitted image is automatically recognized in the DB by recognizing the ID. A manager checks the transmitted image in a member list and checks the text file transmitted with the image file, and requ ests a more detail explanation or checks modifying contents and transmits the contents to the member. Thus, an intention of the designer is recognized and the intention is stored in the DB and managed with the detail explanation. A predetermined amount of money or a commodity is supplied to a designer according as the stored design is commercialized or formed.
