<p>A stable aqueous foaming surfactant dispersions comprise from 5 to 50 weight % of a surfactant composition comprising at least one foaming surfactant, at least one fatty amphiphile and optionally at least one hydrocolloid; and from 50 to 95 weight % of water and/or at least one foaming surfactant, particularly including at least one anionic surfactant, at least one fatty amphiphile and optionally at least one hydrocolloid, the dispersion also including emulsified therein at least one emollient. Such formulations are particularly useful in the manufacture of 2-in-1 formulations including emollients and/or similar materials. Methods are described for making surfactant formulations especially 2-in-1 formulations particularly using a pre-formed solid blend of foaming surfactant, at least one fatty amphiphile and hydrocolloid.</p> |
