<p>A dialysate filter (1, 2, 3, 4, Fig. 2) including an asymmetric, microsporous membrane having an outer wall (210) and a sponge-like inner composition (215) incorporating a polyimide. The dialysate filter connects to a dialysis machine (5) immediately before the dialyzer ensuring complete filtration of the dialysate, easy visual inspection, quick installation and removal, and easy desinfection of the filter.</p> |
