<p>The inventive fish-scaling knife is related to kitchen accessories and is used for manual scaling of fish. The aim of inventive improvement of an existing knife is to produce a manual highly efficient accident-free knife. Said knife prevents scattering of any scale of any fish of any dimension. The inventive fish-scaling knife comprises a curved plate (1), the curve being oriented towards the body of a fish. Said plate is provided with slots (3) and spikes (2). The plate is covered by a removable reservoir (6), having for example a spherical shape, provided with riffling of different heights and pitches which are chosen in relation to the dimension of the fish and the scale thereof. The reservoir is connected to the plate with the aid of an elastic rod.</p> |
