PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building device, a building method, a program having building function, and program storing medium capable of being read by a computer with the program having a building function recorded on the medium capable of diverting a plurality of parts elements for every function, which are visually integral and inseparable parts, as parts elements of other parts, and also building a product by effectively combining parts. SOLUTION: The building device 1 is a building device for building a product by combining a plurality of parts having a plurality of parts elements which are integral and inseparable in real space, and is comprised of a storing means 11 storing a plurality of the parts elements in which a plurality of the parts are separated for every function in virtual space, and a combining means 9 combining a plurality of the parts in which a plurality of the selected parts elements are connected in the virtual space.
