PURPOSE:To exactly operate various dictionaries and that search order required for processing a hierarchically structured document. CONSTITUTION:When processing the document at a certain hierarchical level, one entry is pushed to a picture/page set stack 202, and correspondent prologue data structure or CCI data structure 220 is instructed by the pointer of the entry. This data structure 220 indicates a context dictionary or a user dictionary 940 through context stack link data structure or user dictionary link data structure 920. The context stack data structure is used for defining the search order of respective dictionaries. The user dictionary link data structure 920 is used for searching the entries of the user dictionary at the respective levels. |
