PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic spectrum microscope in which the accuracy and stability are enhanced in the measurement of reflected wave output by flattening the influence of angle dependency of reflected wave output caused by the Profile and dimensions of an SPP lens. CONSTITUTION:The transducer for the spherical lens 2 and/or the plane lens in an SPP lens has such profile as a rectangular profile where the distance from a designated point to the profile is not constant. This structure flattens the influence of angle dependency of the reflected wave output caused by the shape of spherical lens and plane lens. |
