PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic composition having high dielectric constant, small dielectrip loss, high AC breakdown voltage and small temperature coefficient of dielectric capacity by adding a specific compound to a main component composed of BaTiO3, BaZrO3 and CaTiO3. CONSTITUTION:This ceramic composition is produced by incorporating preferably 100mol% of main component composed of preferably 64-71mol% of BaTiO3, preferably 7-22mol% of BaZrO3 and preferably 14-22mol% of CaTiO3 with one or more additives selected from PbTiO3, MnCO3, CeO2, MgO, SnO2 and Bi2O3, preferably 0.3-7.0wt.% of PbTiO3, 0.03-0.5wt.% of MnCO3, 0.03-0.5mol% of CeO2, 0.01-0.2wt.% of MgO, 0.03-0.4wt.% of SnO2 and 0.03-0.4wt.% of Bi2O3. |
