PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor display device in which film thickness dependency as well as visual angle dependency of light emission spectrum and brightness are suppressed. SOLUTION: An organic light emitting element has at least an organic compound layer pinched between a pair of electrodes composed of a light reflecting reflector electrode and a light transmitting transparent electrode.
