PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of reduction of welding strength (separation of welded part) generated by joining an electrode and a sealing line. SOLUTION: By integrally forming the sealing lines 4, 4' to which power supply lines 5, 5' from the outside that are sealed at both ends of a glass tube 1 of which inner face a fluorescent coating 2 is formed, and metal electrodes 3, 3' to which electricity is supplied from the outside via these sealing lines 4, 4', a joining work of both the lines and the electrodes is made unnecessary, so that such a situation as the reduction of welding strength (separation of welded part) is not generated.
