PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve capable of properly regulating a pressure in response to a refrigerant pressure of an outlet side and a refrigerant temperature of the outlet side of a gas cooler, and capable of efficiently realizing simplification of a composition, reduction of the number of components, reduction of machining and assembly costs, or the like. SOLUTION: A compressor 101 is provided for circulating CO<SB>2</SB>as a refrigerant, the gas cooler is provided for cooling the refrigerant compressed by the compressor 101, an evaporator 104 is provided for taking in the refrigerant from the gas cooler, an internal heat exchanger 103 is provided for carrying out heat exchange between the refrigerant in an outlet side of the evaporator 104 and the refrigerant in an outlet side of the gas cooler 102, a temperature sensing tube 30 for sensing the refrigerant temperature of the outlet side of the gas cooler 102, and a temperature sensing pressure response element 20 moving in response to change of an internal pressure of a heat sensing chamber 25 communicated with the heat sensing tube 30 via capillary tube 32, and driving a valve element 15 in opening and closing directions.
