PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water spray structure capable of forming a water film in the surface of an exterior facing by reducing an amount of water spray and a water spray method making use of the water spray structure. SOLUTION: In the water spray structure equipped with the exterior facing 1 installed in a building and a water distribution pipe 3 laid in the horizontal direction by leaving a predetermined interval from the exterior facing 1, at least one row of water spray openings 5 discharging water toward the exterior facing are provided to the water distribution pipe 3 at predetermined intervals in the direction of the pipe-axis, the direction of the water spray openings 5 is set upward from the right opposition to the exterior facing 1.
