A system and method is disclosed for determining whether a patient is likely to respond to CRT therapy based on cardiac timing information from implanted electrodes. In one embodiment, if the cardiac timing information does not exceed a threshold, then the patient will likely not respond to the CRT therapy, and a new electrode placement is recommended.
