The signboard is designed to rotate a belt in a pulley installed to a signboard consists of character and/or diagram. The signboard includes : a signboard (1); a belt (9); a driving pulley (3); a number of follow pulleys (2); and a driving device for driving the driving pulley (3). The signboard maximizes advertising effect with small investment and convenient installation.
