A method to obtain biopreparation "Bizar" for plant protection against diseases, caused by phytopathogenic fungi, includes inoculating the cells of bacteria-antagonists of phytopathogenic fungi, cultivating thereof in a nutrient medium, which contains all the necessary micronutrients, mineral salts, vitamins and stimulating additives, growing the biomass on a nutrient medium obtaining the target product as a suspension of the prescript titre in an industrial variant, determining the activity of the preparation while inhibiting the phytopathogens on various farm crops. To obtain the bioproduct, an active strain of the Pseudomonas aureofaciens Kluyver, the strain V-306, is used, cultivating the producer strain is conducted on a balanced nutrient medium. Obtaining the target product is carried out in such a method: 100 g of the nutrient medium is sterilized in the course of 1.5 hours at a temperature of 120 DEGREE C, cooled up to 28-30 DEGREE C, 10 ml of the sterilized medium are disposed into a tube, a starter culture is put thereto, it is grown in the course of 32-35 hours at a temperature of 26-28 DEGREE C, then 10 l of the nutrient medium are sterilized in the course of 2 hours at a temperature 127 DEGREE C, cooled up to 27-30 DEGREE C, the titer of the biomass is determined, disposed into a 50 l mini-fermenter, the medium is inoculated with 10 ml of the biomass, obtained in the tube, the culture is grown in the mini-fermenter in the course of 32-35 hours at a temperature of 28-30 DEGREE C, while carrying out constant stirring and supplying sterile air, the material is checked for sterility, the biomass is titrated, the pH of the medium is determined; 10 l of biomass obtained are disposed into a sterilized nutrient medium of the same composition, put in a 1 tonne fermenter, inoculation of the fermenter is carried out in the flame area through a inoculating connecting tube, the biomass is grown for 40-45 hours at a temperature of 28-30 DEGREE C delivering the air of a pressure up to 0.8 atmospheres, and biomass of a titer of 9.1010 is obtained. When cultivating, in order to control the process of the development of the bacteria in the biomass, samples are drawn from the unit: the first one in 2 hours after the inoculation, the second one at the end of growing the crop.
