The present invention provides a system and method destined for the milking of mammals including humans. Said milking method consists of a system (500) comprising a flexible/elastic system 100 which is capable of being adapted -in the presence of suited subpressure supply 200 and atmospheric air- to the size and shape of the corresponding teats and up to the region where the udder terminates and the teat starts. The subpressure exerted between the elastic system 100, the subpressure supply 200and the end of the teat 330 opens the tightener of the milk conduct for the milking to be commenced.
