A method for manufacturing a unidirectional diary attached with a ring hanging part with good durability is provided to use the diary for a long time and to improve outer appearance by preventing a spring from being protruded to the outside of the diary cover. A method for manufacturing a unidirectional diary attached with a ring hanging part(210) with good durability comprises the steps of: disposing a raw material selected from PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride), natural leather, and artificial leather, at the lower end of a fusion member; operating a high frequency heat treatment device by pressing a heating switch; forming a square block-shaped diary cover(120) by thermally welding the rim of raw materials formed by stacking pocket raw materials, inner papers and laminated papers of the diary, and outer sheets of the cover in order, with high frequency by the fusion member; forming a sewed display part by sewing the ring hanging part at one end about the center line of the inner sheet of the cover; sewing or attaching the ring hanging part along the sewed display part by a sewing machine; protruding the ring hanging part in the center of the inner sheet of the diary cover in folding the diary cover to protrude the center of the inner paper of the diary cover; successively arranging and automatically fitting the inner papers of the diary and the diary cover to a spring(150) by a ring binding machine equipped with the spring fitted in a ring insertion groove(210a) of the ring hanging part; and cutting the end of the spring fitted with the inner papers of the diary and the diary cover by the ring binding machine, and puckering the spring. |
