A system (100) and method for automatically adjusting parameters of an imaging machine (110) are disclosed. The system comprises a storage device (130) for storing demographic information of at least one person to be imaged. The system (100) also includes a computerized platform (120) to retrieve the demographic information from the storage device (130) and to generate adjustment data based on the demographic data for a next person to be imaged. The system (100) further includes an imaging machine (110) to receive the adjustment data from the computer (120) and to adjust at least one parameter of the imaging machine (110) in response to the adjustment data.
