COMPOSITION FOR PARODONTIUM DISEASE PROPHYLAXIS

FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition has an active substance - enzymatic complex obtained from cultured ginseng cells (strains "ИФРЖ"-1, "ИФРЖ"-5, "ВСКККВР" N 26) and Polyscias fern-like (strain "ВСКККВР" N 24). Composition is an aqueous or spirituous solution containing 3-10% enzymatic complex. After 20-22 days of treatment with proposed composition gum bleeding is disappeared in 98% tested persons and pain is disappeared also. Hygiene index before treatment with composition is 2.69 ± 0.27 and after treatment - 1.65 + 0.28; index PMA (%) - 32.6 + 1.8 and 7.9 + 0.8, respectively. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition proposed.
