PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera-shake correcting device which is capable of effectively preventing the lead of an image sensor from being affected by the magnetic force of magnets. SOLUTION: The camera-shake correcting device is equipped with: the image sensor 44 which is supported by an electrical substrate 45 being slidable with respect to fixed support substrates 21 and 22 and has the lead 47 which is electrically connected to the electrical substrate and made of a magnetic material, in the circumferential surface thereof; coils for driving CX, CYA and CYB which are fixed to the electrical substrate; the magnets MX, MYA and MYB which are provided in the surface facing the electrical substrate, of the fixed support substrate, located around the image sensor and the lead, when viewed from the front and exert the magnetic force on the coils for driving; and cover members 35, 36 and 37 made of a magnetic material, which cover the portions facing the lead of the magnets.
