PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for a biospecimen having a pressure means capable of transferring the biospecimen into the specimen route of the chip for the biospecimen, using a simple constitution that does not require installing a check valve. SOLUTION: The chip for the biospecimen includes a plate-shaped substrate, a plate-shaped route constitution member provided with a route constitution hole, which constitutes a biospecimen route for transferring the biospecimen and mounted on the substrate, the top board having elasticity mounted on the route constitution member so as to cover the route constitution hole and pressure means for pressing the region, corresponding to the route constitution hole of the top board.
