A method for managing a smoker's health and a system thereof are provided to utilize information for estimating of budget cost and drawing up a policy by storing and managing accurate information in a point of sales. A method for managing a smoker's health comprises the following steps of: recognizing the information on a POS terminal(105) when a smoker(101) purchase a tobacco by using a private identification units(101~103); transmitting the information through the POS terminal into a SHM network server(106); and offering one or more data of the smoker from the SHM network DB to a supply and demand organization(203~208) which is necessary the information. |
