A method for preparing the fabric texture containing the thermally fused yarn for a head tie is provided to improve the feeling of surface and to enhance the quality of fabric texture. A method for preparing the fabric texture containing the thermally fused yarn for a head tie comprises the steps of using the yarn where the thermally fused yarn(4) adhered to the overshot(2) or interposing the thermally fused yarn between the overshot and the warp(1) to form the fabric texture of design part; and tendering the fabric texture at 180-250 deg.C so as to allow the surface layer of the thermally fused yarn to be molten so as to be adhered to the overshot, the warp and the metal yarn. |
