Disclosed is a building material installed between a floor separation layer for separating floors of a multi-story building and a bottom layer installed above the floor separation layer, comprising: a support member that is installed between the floor separation layer and the bottom layer and has a protrusion that protrudes downward, extends in at least one direction, and has a space formed therein, at least a part of the upper surface of the support member being brought into contact with the bottom layer; and a plurality of damping members installed between the floor separation layer and the support member to separate the floor separation layer and the support member, each of which has a lower plate that makes contact with a part of the floor separation layer and an upper plate that makes contact with a part of the support member. The building material can effectively block or restrict noise between floors of a building by virtue of the simple structure thereof. |
