The present invention relates to a temperature sensing device for a heat exchanger to be stably fixated to a refrigerant pipe without rotating along the outer circumference of the refrigerant pipe. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the temperature sensing device for a heat exchanger includes: a sensor bracket mounted on the outer circumference of a refrigerant pipe forming the heat exchanger; and a temperature sensor accommodated in the sensor bracket and sensing the surface temperature of the refrigerant pipe by being in contact with the outer circumference of the refrigerant pipe when the sensor bracket is mounted on the refrigerant pipe. The sensor bracket includes: a bracket body rounded to enclose the outer circumference of the refrigerant pipe; a sensor accommodation groove formed to be concave on the inner surface of the bracket body and having the temperature sensor mounted thereon; and a pipe holder protruding from an end of the bracket body and attached to the outer circumference of the refrigerant pipe.
