The present invention relates to a reversible lid (1) for a canister for storing or reheating. The reversible lid includes: a first hermetic adhering means (2) which is configured so that the first hermetic adhering means cooperates with an upper edge (4) of a container (5) when the lid (1) is arranged above the container (5) in a first direction; and a second hermetic adhering means (3) which is configured so that the second hermetic adhering means cooperates with the upper edge (4) of the container (5) when the lid is arranged above the container (5) in the opposite direction. The lid (1) includes a two-way vapor discharging device (10) which connects two surfaces, which face each other, of the lid, wherein the two-way vapor discharging device (10) allows fluid flow to pass between the two surfaces of the lid (1) when the pressure difference between the two surfaces is a value (P0) or more and especially when food is reheated in a microwave oven. |
