The present disclosure provides a high temperature resisting temporary plugging agent with self deplugging for water-based drilling fluid, comprising products obtained by reaction of starch, alkali metal hydroxide, halogenated organic acid, carbonate, hydrophobic modifier, alcohol and water, and nano-calcium carbonate. The present disclosure further provides a preparing method for said high temperature resisting temporary plugging agent with self deplugging for water-based drilling fluid, comprising feeding said components with said proportion to a kneader, and kneading said components to obtain said high temperature resisting temporary plugging agent with self deplugging for water-based drilling fluid. The temporary plugging agent of the present disclosure has relatively good high temperature resistance, which reaches 140 oC, and has good temporary plugging effect and significant reservoir protection effect. Both the temporary plugging rate and the recovery rate of permeability of oil of water-based drilling fluid added with said temporary plugging agent are quite high. The temporary plugging agent of the present disclosure has self deplugging ability, and self deplugging can be realized through the formation of hydrophobic channels during backflow process in subsequent process. No pickling for removing the mud cake process is necessary, and thus the secondary damage to the reservoir can be avoided. |
