The present invention relates to an antifouling coating resin with improved wear rate, and to an antifouling composition comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a resin including an acid anhydride-modified polyalkylene glycol mono(meth)acrylate oligomer as a specific polymerization unit. The present invention further relates to an antifouling coating composition which includes the resin and exhibits improved wear rate.
