The present invention provides a web-based authentication and payment device, a web-based authentication and payment method, a web-based authentication and payment system and a recording medium having a computer program recorded therein. A credit card authentication value is separated into two, which are a meaningless information block 1 and a meaningless information block 2, and the information block 1 can be transmitted to a physically isolated user authentication device. The user authentication device stores the information block 1 encrypted based on payment PIN information received from a user device. If requested by a credit card approval requesting device, the user authentication device decrypts the encrypted information block 1 based on the payment PIN information and transmits the information block 1 to the credit card approval requesting device, thereby determining the forgery of payment, which occurs on the web, to improve the security of payment. |
