The present invention provides a safety assembly device of a pot roll. The safety assembly device of the pot roll of the present invention includes: a base frame (110) which is horizontally arranged, and has a wheel part (111) installed to at a lower part to move horizontally in an X direction and Z direction; an upper frame (120) which is horizontally arranged while being separated on an upper part of the base frame (110); an up and down driving part (130) which is installed between the base frame (110) and the upper frame (120), and adjusts arrangement height of the upper frame (120) while being lifted up and down using rotary force of a driving motor (136); and a roll support part (140) which is mounted with the pot roll (20) while being arranged on the upper part of the upper frame (120). |
