The present invention relates to a beam forming method for a dispersive cooperative relay with low overhead and low complexity by reflecting an influence of an interference source in order to improve frequency efficiency by acquiring a spatial diversity gain in a wireless communications system in which the interference source exists. The method comprises: a step of calculating a beam forming coefficient; and a step of transmitting a wireless communications signal to a destination node.
